At Monet & Chardonnay, we bring people together through the joy of painting. We host a variety of public paint and sip events at local venues and private parties throughout Western North Carolina. All of our paintings are designed for beginners, and the environment that we create is one that is relaxed and comfortable for anyone to join! Each painting is unique, and each event is true to our ethos, bringing creativity and artistic expression to everyone.

We wear many hats at Monet & Chardonnay. We are a small business run by two independent artists who share a passion and love for art! In addition to public and private events, we strive to bring new and unique product offerings that are reminiscent of nature and made with care!
We also work hard to provide content that is creative and helps art enthusiasts learn more about the creative process!
We work solely with local breweries, wineries, restaurants, etc., to give you the best all-around paint and sip experience possible. Our partners have an excellent reputation, and we encourage everyone to support local! You can check out the list of venues that we work with here.
Not at all! We break down each painting step-by-step and are more than happy to help everyone individually. Each canvas is usually prepared beforehand with a sketch of the image for reference, and we encourage beginners and artists of all levels to join!
Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot make it, you will be welcome to apply your credit to a future class of equal or lesser value but MUST give 48 hours notice before the event. Refunds are only issued if the event is canceled on our behalf.
(If you do not let us know ahead of time, you will not be issued a refund, nor will you receive a credit toward a future event.)

We provide all painting materials necessary, as well as protective table cloths. You are welcome to choose a painting from our pre-existing catalog, and/or suggest a new painting to fit the theme of your celebration! The location of your private party will be one of your choosing and arranging.
(Please note that we require a minimum of twelve guests or the price equivalent.)
You may attend, but will not be guaranteed a spot within the class. Therefore, we highly recommend signing up beforehand by purchasing your ticket on our website to ensure we have enough seating and supplies for you to join!
Yes! As long as the venue permits children to enter, they are more than welcome to join us. However, please be conscious that the venues we work with also serve alcohol.
